I had to decide on a roofing material and needed some information. Giovanni, the store manager was the only one in the store who had the knowledge about the products. He disappeared after 2 questions and wasn't interested in finishing the conversation. Very sad customer service and maybe just a place for contractors at the most. Will not go back and will order my roofing material at a place where they give me professional information.

Web site says open till 4:30. Rushed over through traffic got to store at 4:00, and they are closed. Jersey blows anyway, the less time I'm here the better.
