Do you even care about your customers? The female I spoke with was friggin unacceptable. What a lack of respect, spoke with me like I’m 12yo, rude, didn’t even know what she was looking for. I don’t get it, why would you disrespect your customers for lack of your knowledge? If you have self respect, I would strongly advise you to go somewhere else for your supplies. BTW, never call me dude, man etc. You have no business of talking to people like that. Educate yourself!!!

Had metal roofing delivered and their machine leaked oil all over my driveway. They are not supposed to put that heavy machine on your driveway as the weight could crack your concrete. They also set the landing pad on my lawn. God knows if my sprinkle pipes broke due to the weight. I called them to fix it and they did nothing.

Working with ABC for several years now. Great customer service. New guy mess up my orders time to time but very happy with this branch. They go above and beyond to help

This is by far the best roofing supply store in Sacramento. The people are very friendly and polite. The first person you see when you walk in is Lauren at the front counter. She is amazing and always helps me out with a smile. My main man is Jeff he knows the ins and outs of the whole place and has been helping me out for over a year. He is a very humble person always going out of his way to help everyone. I can’t recommend this place enough. Thanks to everyone at ABC!

I've been going to this place for the last five years off and on. Hadn't been here for about 6 or 7 months and I had to go there to pick up some material the other day. I sat in my truck after receiving my pick up paperwork for half an hour before one of the yard guys came out got my paperwork and brought me my material. I don't know about anybody else but my time is very limited and if I have to wait half an hour for somebody to even get my paperwork that seems a little much. I've course will continue going there because there's only so many roofing supply yards but if that type of service continues I will stop going there
