Great place for building supplies

From Lynn Broka. We bought a large portion of our windows from ABC supply company in Sanford. Last year we had a problem with something shooting out from the lawn mower into the window. We ask ABC to come out and give us an estimate on what it should cost and get it fixed. The insurance company is having a fit about it. Jason has come out twice and never heard anything. We called Saginaw office hoping to get better service from there but the same guy comes out and nothing gets done. Now we have until this week without losing our insurance for our house. Does anybody know where we can get replacements for the windows or challenge ABC to give us some kind of an estimate on what it is that we need to solve this problem with the insurance company? Thank you.

ABC Supply Company in Sanford MI. do a great job, they have a great selection of product with very competitive pricing. I have found Jason St. John to be extremely knowledgeable , helpful, caring and honest. All my experiences have been very positive with Jason and his team.

Sorry customer service in showroom and on phone! We had to do the follow up calls cause a month and half later sales rep couldn’t give us a call to let us know what we needed on roofing and siding! Drive a little further!

I bought all new windows for my house. One was broken. I have been waiting for 5 MONTHS for a replacement. I have called several times. Every time they take my name and number and don't ever call me back. Worst customer service ever
