I did not have a good experience with this business and rarely do reviews but felt compelled with this experience. Ordered windows and doors (10k worth) from them due to recommendation from another home builder. Communication is not their strong suit and neither was estimating time of arrival. It took almost 3 weeks just to quote a couple doors and I had to keep calling to ask for updates as they weren't being given. I even paid for the doors then had to come back because they didn't give me the correct bill then was charged more. Windows were supposed to be like 2 weeks out and now we are at week 3, doors were supposed to be a week out and now we are at week 2. Finally got a call yesterday to tell me they were both out at least 2 more weeks and no guarantees that would be ready then. Sale
