If i could give a zero star review after today i would. After years of loyal patronage and spending over $300k annually at ABC I am deeply disappointed to say that my relationship with ABC has come to an end. today I was disrespected by one of the workers because I went to pick up the materials outside and one of the workers started yelling at me causing exchange of words and him saying I wasn’t supposed to be there and to go back when I had always been there every single time to pick up my materials, I don’t know if this is a new worker or something but that was plain disrespect and he needs to be fired or terminated. ABC needs to do a better job on showing its employees on how to treat people and how to do the job. Moving forward, I will be taking my business elsewhere. I refuse to cont

These guys are top notch. Was searching for some discontinued vinyl siding for a client with a small remodel. While neither the Bronx NY or Stanford CT locations had any of the siding remaining, they helped me find some down at their location in Hicksville Long Island. And the guys at that location were just as thorough and helpful. I wasn't ordering 20 grand worth of material. I was searching for about a square of an old product, that if they had it, was probably tucked in the back, all but forgotten about. But I got the same treatment as the full time roofers and siders who spend a ton of money with them regularly. Can't express my appreciation enough.

As a contractor I find it nearly impossible to work with ABC supply of Stamford. Many deliveries never came after they were scheduled. My job was delayed multiple days due to delivery issues. Spent over $15,000 and couldn’t get any service. Not even the owner who is there daily seems to care much. Tried to make a return on a Saturday as the website says they’re open. Understandably due to covid they were not open. However, an employee answered the phone said I could not leave the boxes I hauled here from 30 minutes away to do the return on Monday morning. He wasn’t very kind or accommodating which is typical for this place. Instead of coming back and doing my return Monday I’m going to the dump and throwing the returns out. I’d rather throw away my money than deal with anyone at this store

I was very disappointed with the attitude of the manager Mike, who simply does not care about his customers, and acts like he runs an empire over there. He has an attitude with most of the customers I see him talk to, and does not respect them. Very disappointed with the management.
