They deliver both roofing supplies and happiness! From day one, their team treated me like I was their only customer (which I know I’m not, because their parking lot’s busier than a Chick-fil-A on Sunday if it were open). Every order’s been spot-on, every delivery’s been on time, and every driver greets you like they’ve just been voted “Most Likely to Brighten Your Day.” Need shingles, underlayment, or flashing? They’ve got it. Need advice, a laugh, or a last-minute delivery before the rain hits? They’ve got that too, with professional precision and a smile. If you’re a contractor who wants less

Great people had what I was needing at one of the stores. First store I had bought from 2 weeks ago and went back today for more and was out. They sent me to the other store which was only a couple minutes away and had it there. A whole lot of roofing supplies and they take cash paying customers as well. If you don't have an account you don't need one. Great customer service to only had to wait for them to get done helping the customer in front of me and didn't blow me off to answer a call they had several people working together!

Absolutely the WORST receiving dept I've ever dealt with in OK, LA, AR, TX! Sat at front gate for 3.5 hours before I was unloaded. Shows to begin at 730. 6 people sat in front area drinking coffee and laughing until 9am before anyone started working. ABC needs a little Lean Six Sigma to cut down on wasted time and freely paying these employees for at least 2 hours to drink coffee all the while trucks are stacking up outside affecting traffic patterns for local traffic.

Tonya at desk is rude to truck drivers. Talk down to everyone. No parking to untarp or unstrap loads. Must park in street, very unsafe. Very small yard to deliver to.
