Every time I come here I have to sit around for a half hour or more for no good reason. You would think theyd focus on getting people in and out but apparently loading their trucks are more important

UPDATE!*** I changed the review from 1 star thanks to ABI. He went up and beyond to help me out and was understanding and apologetic to my past situations. Thank you, ABI & ABC For addressing the issue. ...........I give it one star on the trucker side of things. I run here frequently, and I always seem to be put aside for unloading. Maybe because I have a sleeper? They unload all the day cabs before me even when they show up after me. I'm sure it's usually because they have 1 or 3 skids, which I understand. However, I spend roughly 2hrs there waiting to get unloaded. On the flip side, the office staff and most of the workers are really nice, which makes it hard to understand why I spend so much time waiting

I am a flatbed delivery driver, and got loads to deliver here two days in a row, 3/5 and 3/6/24. At first, I was nervous because of all the bad reviews about how slow it is, since I always run two loads per day. But, from the time I stopped outside the fence to check in until I left the lot, unloaded with BOL in hand, it was 40 minutes one day and 1h7m the other. On the slower day, I arrived earlier and they hadn't finished getting their guys out of the lot. So, not the fastest I've ever seen, but certainly nothing to complain about, at least in my experience.
