I like to use these people for all my construction needs, majorly and roofing and they deliver on site so that solves that problem, if you’re in a space where you need any roofing siding or any questions just call the people at ABC supply Co. for some help, I highly recommend them because professionals you can’t go wrong and I believe that they are insured and everything

The folks at the West Friendship, MD, location are top-notch. I had a special order for an interior door, which I had originally purchased from a competitor (the competitor's order took six weeks to arrive, and the order was wrong). Conversely, ABC was knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and cost much less than their competitor's price. In addition, the lead time for the special order was two weeks. The door is installed and looks great. I am very appreciative of their customer service and expediency. Highly recommend.

I ordered the windows from them. It is fast shipping and good price. The staff is nice. The store is nice and clean.

Update 5/1/25 Unfortunately, I have to revise my previous rating now that Steven is no longer there. I recently had a very disappointing experience. I visited the shop to explain a simple custom frame request, but the staff member said he didn't understand and told me I had to go to the office. I needed two mitered frames made from 1x2 and provided the exact dimensions. Brandon informed me they were short-staffed and estimated the job would take 2–3 weeks, which was fine. He said he'd call in a couple of days to collect payment—also fine. However, a week passed with no update. When I followed up, Brandon said the job was “too complicated” and “too costly” but couldn’t tell me how much it would be. I asked him to get me a price, and he promised to call back. I came in 2 weeks ago asking for a price for a door. I gave all the info to the lady at the front desk, she was short, not really friendly, but that's not even the problem... the problems is WAITING FOR 2 WEEKS. When she promised I would get an email the next day. I've been calling back . Every time I leave a message, but all I get in response is the same excuse "we are busy and short staffed " and that someone will get back to me but that never happens. Not sure if they are really short staffed or not but at the end of the day that's not the customers problem. They also said "Wilson lumber sold to ABC supply" ok... again not the customer's problem. I can understand delays but after many calls and leaving messages for nothing and without resolution, it really makes me wonder if they even c
