Went by today. One other customer talking to a lady behind the counter. Boomer in his chair talking on the phone, finished conversation, ignored me. Two younger guys walked through the counter area, ignored me. Walked out. Will find another supplier for my renovations.

Service is consistently incredibly slow. My last 2 visits have a combined waited time of 2.5 hours! As I write, I’ve been waiting 45 minutes for 1 box of stock vinyl siding. My last visit took 1.5 hours. My purchases have been called in ahead of time and confirmed in stock, so it’s not like I’m getting anything that takes tons of time. It’s just unbelievably frustrating when you have multiple jobs in progress with workers and customers waiting. The desk folks are friendly and helpful.

This location has so many issues.

Excellent customer service! We ordered trex decking and had it delivered to our house. It was VERY efficient and, overall less expensive than a box store (considering local delivery). Very happy with our experience and the people at ABC Supply - highly recommend!
