I’m a little late on these reviews but better late than never. I have always had an outstanding experience with this location and my salesman. I will tell you Wayne is the best!!! Wayne, at the Livonia location has been my salesman for the past 6-7yrs maybe even longer; I have purchased appliances, televisions sound systems and more from Wayne. He is very knowledgeable on the merchandise and always delivers that 5 star customer service. Thank you Wayne!!!

Thank you so much to the sales people at the LIVONIA location. I came into the door and was promptly greeted with a smile. I'm the type of shopper who knows what I want when I enter. I was handed off to Ron who was able to get me what I came for and out the door I went. Even though my purchase was small, I was treated with professionalism, common courtesy and decency. Before you walk in the door, make sure to take a deep breath and be ready to be jumped on by multiple salespeople. That being said, they are only doing their job and and always very nice and helpful. I can't imagine how hard it would be to be a salesman right now. That is really the only drawback, I still buy all of my appliances here.

Livonia store has the Best prices around for a family budget with exceptional customer service. Thank you for taking care of our family when our washer went out unexpectedly. New washer delivered the next day!
