ABC Water Solutions - Asheville Basement and Crawlspace Waterproofing

I had a terrible experience with ABC Water Solutions. Their work was not done correctly and ultimately caused over $30,000 in damage to my home. When the system failed, I contacted them multiple times asking them to come out and honor their warranty. They ignored my calls and messages for an extended period. Eventually, they sent an email admitting that the sump pump had been installed incorrectly and that they knew it would fail. Despite this admission, they still refused to take responsibility or make the situation right. The lack of accountability, poor workmanship, and complete failure to stand behind their warranty is unacceptable. I would strongly caution anyone considering this company. This experience has been incredibly costly and stressful.

Chris and his team did such a wonderful job! Our garage was flooding nearly every time it rained, and they got right to work. Even with Hurricane Helene barreling towards us, they were able to do enough work to prevent our garage from flooding again. And considering our house took tree damage from Helene, having our garage not flood was a HUGE win!! Now that the job is done, we’re so relieved to have better water drainage for our home and yard, and it looks better than we ever imagined.

The initial install had issues and started falling off the crawlspace walls as the installer didn't do proper anchoring of the vapor barrier. If it wasn't for an electrician going down there I wouldn't have noticed. They never followed through on their 3 month follow up appointment and upon trying to get them out they missed several appointments and they never called to reschedule. I had to repeatedly follow up with them. They sent more people out, and they still didn't fully patch things up properly. I ended up having to re-tape some of the vapor barrier up myself. They seem to have a lot of installer turnover which is probably part of why the quality isn't as good as pictures of their past installs.

Christopher and his team did an outstanding job for us. Our basement would routinely have water in it after any significant rain. The guys installed a french drain and pump, then a moisture barrier on our walls. Haven't seen a drop of water in the basement since. I 100% would recommend them for your basement needs.

Chris came quickly gave us a very reasonable quote and went to work on assuring us that we would never have to deal with a flooded basement again. He and his team are professional, reliable and so great to work with. If you are having any water problems call ABC!! You will be glad you did!!
