ABD Appliance fixed two separate problems with our refrigerator. We trust them to provide clear diagnostics, fair prices, and speedy resolutions. If we have future appliance problems, no question about it, we’ll call them.

Abdullah was hired for me via my secondary home warranty. I could not be happier with his responsiveness, expertise, professionalism, and knowledge. He was kind, knowledgable, thorough, easy going, and trustworthy. I accidentally overpaid him (by a mere $5 via check, my misunderstanding) and he went out of his way to address the issue, whereas other service technicians may have kept the extra change. I will definitely be using ABD Appliance again and will highly recommend him.

My dishwasher needed to be fixed. I wanted to try a smaller company this time, so I gave ABD Appliance a call. The owner, Mr. Abdullah, came out to the house, took a look, then texted me a quote the next day. I ended up turning the work down, because for the amount that he was asking, it made more sense to just buy a new dishwasher from Costco, which includes installation. Yes I think the quote was very high, but that's not the reason for this 1-star review. The problem is this. He didn't tell me about his $75 service fee until he was at my house and had already looked at the dishwasher (which took all of 3 minutes). My dryer broke on Saturday and I called ABD Appliance, spoke to Abdollah and he was able to fix my dryer on Monday! He provided excellent service and was professional and kind.
