Abel Heating & Air

My air conditioning unit malfunctioned on Memorial Day. I made several calls based upon timing for service and cost. I called David at Abel Heating and Air, and he was at my house before noon (approximately 1.5 hours after I talked with him) and charged a normal rate for the service call (not a premium due to a holiday). He did some troubleshooting and determined it to be the thermostatic expansion valve in the air handler. Due to the holiday, no parts suppliers were open. David called the next day to let me know the part was not locally available and would have to be express shipped if I wanted it the next day--I did. Shortly after he received the part the next day, David and a coworker were at my house replacing the valve and getting the system operational. It has been about a mon

Needless to say that the air would go out on 1 of the hottest days and in about 2 hours after talking to Abel he was there changing the motor and was done in about 30 to 45 minutes. The price was very reasonable. From this point on he'll be the 1st and only person I call for all my heating and ac needs. Thank you so much.
