We are new to the short term rental world and are so happy that we found John and his team, including his daughter Autum. We wanted to make sure we had people that we could rely on, especially since we are several hours away. So far, every guest has been satisfied with the cleanings and almost all have specifically highlighted the cleanliness in their feedback and reviews. Highly recommend!

We’ve used John and his crew to manage our short-term rental. They are very professional, and most importantly dependable! There is never a time when I can’t reach John for any issue I am having. He is always available to help out which is especially important because we live so far away and are out of the country some of the time. He has provided heaters for guests when the heat went down in the middle of the night, has helped people get in to the house when they were stuck and other issues were solved just as easily.
