Able Air installed a Mitsubishi heat pump in October 2025. In mid-February the unit quit due to clogged filter. A crew showed up a few hours after my call, due to having already been on another call at the time. After a complete diagnostic routine, they isolated and corrected the problem (overheated compressor due to low air flow caused by prematurely clogged air filter). I am very impressed by crew’s attention to the issue and explanation of what they found and why. This level of service is why I’m glad our heat pump was installed by Able Air.

Able Air Heating And Cooling is the most professional business people I have ever dealt with. Jess the receptionist, called and set up the appointment immediately for us and within the week we had heat and cooling. The gentlemen that came out to replace our heating and cooling system was Jonathan and Fernando, both men were very professional, and very thorough. They did a beautiful job replacing the unit, cleaned up everything, and even vacuumed the floor, so it looked spic and span. Fernando and Calan came to diagnose an issue on my mother’s gas fireplace and their knowledge, professionalism, and friendliness were second to none! They answered all of our technical questions and showed us how to operate the fireplace with a remote, even how to switch to just the wall controls if needed. Great value for the service received.
