Able Appliance Repair

I called him after a friend recommended him. He told me he charges 125$ to walk in the door and later explained that whatever repair he makes to my dryer he subtracts the 125 from the final bill . He came looked at it and said my vent hose was the cause . I replaced all the vent hose and that was NOT the problem. He called me a few other times saying he “wanted to try and fix it but my bathroom is not air conditioned so I said he could call me once we have cooler days. Never heard back from him and so I bought a used dryer and put my inoperable dryer on my patio. I texted him that but he never called or texted me back . I live on social security only and I know he knows he ripped me off for 125$ . Don't give him any money up front, beware! .

Bob came to the house and was able to diagnose and repair our washer. He found another problem with the washer after the initial part was replaced, washer is usable, will replace other part when it arrives. Will recommend Bob to anyone who asks

Would not recommend this company - our washer had an inconsistent problem wherein settings could not be changed and it would not start after on subsequent loads we explained from the beginning that the problem was not consistent. They spent 30 minutes at my house and all they did was take 5 screws out to remove the top panel and kick panel, ran it for about 20 minutes with no problem showing up. They put the covers back on charged $125 and left. The next time we ran the washer, we had problems on the second load. I ended up tearing the washer apart myself, cleaning the hose inlet filter filter at the bottom and the detergent filters. After about three hours, I put it back together myself and it runs fine now.. Basically, I paid these guys $125 for nothing. I called them to try to wo

Awesome. Reliable if you're in need of a appliance repair. Sears overcharged me, and never came back to finish the job. I'll aways call able maytag in the future. 😀

Bob was fantastic! After calling around to all of the appliance repair companies he was able to get out to me next day. He brought the parts with him to repair my dryer same day. Other repair companies will not even stock the parts and have to order them, which is very frustrating. During covid times it is difficult to find people who do quality work and return phone calls/answer the phones. I could not wait to write this review because I want everyone to know do not waste your time calling other companies in the area..he will do good work and actually show up and stand by what he says, unlike others. No need to call anyone else..Use Able Appliance Repair.
