Able Carpet

We had a great experience working with Able Carpet on our flooring project for the business center. From the beginning, they were attentive and supportive during the material selection process and showed great attention to detail. George was especially helpful—he took the time to understand the design we envisioned and offered thoughtful suggestions that truly enhanced the outcome. I highly recommend Able Carpet for any flooring projects.

Our work with Able carpet required carpet removal with installation of acacia hardwood flooring. Michael several trips to guide us on our decision and provided excellent guidance in finalizing our decision. Jonah installed the floors and performed beyond our expectations. I would highly recommend their work, without reservation.

This place came highly recommended by a local contractor. I was arranging this work under a tight time frame, and before making any arrangements or even looking at the carpet, I made sure this time frame was reasonable and I was assured it was. Turns out, it wasn't. The contractors refused to work more than 6 hours a day, so they worked 10-4 and didn't complete this project in the day they told me they would, so in addition to my time being eaten up, I had to reschedule a cleaning service and a flight to accommodate their schedule, thus costing me an extra $500. Kyle, the carpet installer showed up at my house, with a note on the invoice that furniture removal was part of the scope of work. He took one look at the house and refused to move anything. We had a wonderful experience with Able Carpet today. Called the company yesterday and was told Kyle would schedule a time for us. He showed up today (we thought for an estimate). He arrived with the tools needed to stretch our buckled carpet and completed the job beautifully! If it looks bad next month I will update this review. But I really doubt that will be an issue.

DO NOT use this company. I hired Able Carpet to install carpeting and recover the waiting room bench in my store. They have been paid for this service excluding the remaining balance on covering the bench. Because of the stores operational hours we have had to schedule the install after 5 p.m on Sunday.They did not seem to have a problem with it. At first all went well until they didn't complete the job the first time around. We rescheduled for the following Sunday which was a NO SHOW and couldn't reach them for an entire week and Nobody was returning calls. When I finally got a hold of someone they blamed it on Hurricane Matthew and no power. We attempted to get it done the following Sunday and per the Company the installer had a family emergency and couldn't do it. We finally schedule
