Able Carpet Repair

After having another carpet repair man reschedule three times, then just not show up the last time I gave Able carpet repair a call. I spoke to Jim, who is the owner and he was able to not only come out and fix my carpet the same day but made it looking as good as new! He is very professional and does a great job. If I need him for any more carpet repairs I will definitely be calling him again!

We can't say enough good things about Mr. Ryan. His prices are always great and he is a pleasure to be around. Last summer he fixed three patches on our carpet and they are practically invisible. Most recently Jim took the service call to fix my botched DIY tile to carpet transition on Saturday afternoon. He was finished with the carpet repair by noon on Sunday. We would highly recommend Able Carpet Repair to anyone in need of it!

Jim and his crew showed up on time, gave us an amazing price, and proceeded to re-stretch 5 rooms of carpet (and moved furniture in and out of rooms as necessary). In a day and age when so very many service providers are so extremely disappointing, I'm happy to say that Jim and company are the exception! We couldn't be happier. We would have had the repairs done long ago if we realized it would go so smoothly!

We recently moved to Jacksonville from Orlando and didn't know anyone! Our carpets were in quite a state and we couldn't afford to have them all replaced but luckily one of our new neighbors recommended Jim at Able Carpet Repair. We emailed him late at night and he called back first thing the next morning and came out the same day. He inspected, stretched, reattached and repaired our 4-5 yr old carpet with virtually invisible patch work. There were a couple of places where it looked like a cat or dog had ripped it up and we had extra carpet but that was it. Jim had new carpet padding in his truck and was therefore able to complete the job in time for the holidays. We will be forever grateful for Jim's pleasant attitude and fine workmanship.
