Able Heating & Cooling

Our heat went out on Saturday and we called a different company with no response. Called Able and we had a technician within an hour. He was friendly and polite and professional. Able heating will definitely be our company of choice. Definitely would recommend!!

After the weekend of snow and temperatures of -22 our furnace stopped working Sunday night. On Monday morn. I called Able Heating and Cooling soon as they opened hoping we could get same day appt. She was very sympathetic to our issue and informed me they could come today between 11am and 1pm. That's the quickest we can do. Our service man will call you when he's on his way. She asked for my email, if I had any questions or issues before he arrived I could message him and he would answer. That was good to know and the first time I had a repair service offer that as an option. Right away I thought if he's not here by 1pm. I'll be able to txt him for his ETA or if he needed detailed directions. He arrived with a smile on his face, very polite, professional, and quickly solved the problem. Wh

Furnace tune up scheduled and was contacted on day of tune up that tech was running ahead of schedule and if was OK to arrive earlier. That fine by me and tech arrived at the new time, completed tune up in a quick and efficient manner. Great service!

Response time was excellent to get our heat working after I made the phone call. Communication from staff and tech was incredible, notifying me along the way. Tech was knowledgeable and fixed our issue.
