Called them in the middle of the night when our heater broke. Someone was there by 8am and fixed my furnace. There is no reason to call anyone else if you are in Lincoln County. By far one of the best companies out there.

They always provide prompt efficient service. I've had several repairmen come to the house and they were always very courteous and thoroughly described the problem. This is a great company to work with.

Of course our AC went down at 7pm on a Friday night during the hottest day of the week! Able Heat & Cool still took our phone call and told us they could arrive between 10-noon the next day. The repairman called us 15 minutes prior to arrival and got there at 10 am on the nose. He was very knowledgeable and quickly repaired our AC. Less than an hour later, our house was back to being cool again. The service call rate for a weekend was very reasonable and the cost for repairs was also reasonable. When the repair was complete, he fully described what happened and how he fixed it. I also asked if the AC unit looked good otherwise, and he confirmed the parts he checked were in good shape.
