I reached out to them because I needed assistance with rekeying a couple of locks at my home and also wanted a spare key made for my vehicle. I needed 2 car keys copied. I looked online to see where I could get it done near me. It turned out that the Lowe's down the street has a kiosk robot there. They had a questionnaire online that you fill out and answer, so they can check and let you know if they have that key available to copy. I answered the questions and it told me that they do have my key available to copy Last time I copied a key there, a person did it. I drove to Lowe's and found the robot, filled out the questions. It scanned my key and then it told me a copy would cost me $32 dollars each and they would copy it someplace else and send me them in the mail! Needless to say, I left disgusted. No way I was going to pay that much money for a simple copy. My keys don't even have a chip in them! So I mentioned what happ
