Able Plumbing

We called them out because our kitchen sink wouldn't drain .They said they snaked out the line and charged Us $300. After a week the sink again wouldn't drain. I hired another company Trust Rooter who came out Actually ran a snake to clean out the Main line and put a camera in the line to show us that the line was Now cleared . If you have a clog call a Rooter company you can "Trust".

My husbands family and myself have used Able Plumbing for years. However, some recently we needed Danny to come out to my husband's late father's law office in Lake Worth to help with a plan to unclog drains/ resect drains on the roof of this office. On the first day of the appointment to see him we were told he was sick that day and would call us later that same day. He never called. When I called back a few days later I made an appointment with them to see Danny again. When he didn't show that day I was told when I called their office that they didn't have an appointment that day with us!!!! When I told them explicitly that I had it written on my calendar they finally had Danny on the phone who acted like he never heard from us in the first place. Asked us what we "wanted him to do?"!!!

Able Plumbing had been recommended by our Florida home watcher. We needed a new hot water heater and to have a leak in our front lawn between our water meter and our house repaired. Thomas did arrive a bit later than agreed, but he took care of the heater replacement efficiently. He had to dig deep in the lawn to uncover and find and repair the leak, and was mud covered when done, but did the dirty job without complaint. We felt the cost was very fair, and would use and recommend Able to anyone we know.

The days before Thanksgiving, we had a drainage clog. No other plumber would arrange an appointment until after the weekend. A friend recommended Able Plumbing and they agreed to come out and clear the blockage that afternoon. The service tech was polite and worked hard to clear the problem with “I won’t be beat” determination. I recommend the highly and they are my “go to” plumber for future issues.

My family has used able plumbing for 30 plus years until about 2 months ago we needed are hot water heater relocated and Danny came to house for estimate. He identified needs and said he would shoot us a estimate. I explained there is a pod in driveway that I can't get rid of until I get hot water heater relocated. Well it's been 90 days and still no estimate every time we call get run around. After 3 generations I had to call different plumbing company. Not happy at all.
