Able Pools and Spas made it an easy process to install our new pool. From the initial meeting, working with Scott on the layout and which pool to go with to our sales representative Rod, who communicated every step of the process and was always responsive to any questions or concerns we had. The team worked very hard to partner with quality workers and other companies for all aspects of the installation. I would highly recommend Able Pools and Spas for your pool installation.

My husband and I looked at Hot Tubs in several different locations in the Wilmington NC area. When we met with Alice, she took the time to explain all our options. We opted for a theee person hot tub. ( Perfect size for us) Delivery went as expected, she even gave us names of trusted concrete and electricians to make the process seamless. Even better she came to the house after the tub was filled to give us a full tutorial on how it worked. We are very pleased. Don’t think twice…great customer service. Thank you Alice!

We hired Able Pools for our pool purchase and installation. We signed our contracts in May with plan to start October 1st. Able arrived on October 1st as planned and installed the pool. The contractors worked diligently until the pool and equipment were installed. They also kept our property neat and orderly during construction. Everyone on their team was great to work with. They also cleaned our pool while we were out of the country after we took the pool responsibilities over. I cannot thank them enough. Able is a great company to work with and I would recommend them to anyone thinking of installing a pool or spa. As a builder, I will be working with them on future projects.

If you are thinking about a pool, call Able. Really a great experience from start to finish. We were not present at our home during the couple of months of the pool installation and they worked with us and we grew to trust them more each day. We have a spill over spa as part of the fiberglass pool and I am amazed at how perfectly level the pool sits. The Techno Bloc pavers really make it look great and the installer was a perfectionist. Love how it all turned out. Rod was always there for us to answer our many questions. Great company to work with for a pool.
