ABM Parking Garage

I agree with the reviewer who called this garage a scam. We just had the same experience. The machine took our money, but did not give us our change of $3.00. There was no one on duty to make it right. There is a call button and an operator answered, said they were closed and provided an email address to contact. The operator sounded like she receives these calls routinely. They are robbing people! If you must park in an ABM garage and are paying cash, make sure you have $1.00 bills! I wouldn't trust them with a credit card.

Has two EV chargers! 🔋 On the 1st floor right next to the exit. Charging is free. Parking is not free: $1/half hour; $18/day; $30/lost ticket.

The only reason I am giving this parking lot 5 stars is due to the expert customer service I witnessed Lakesha J offered to a customer in having issues with the gate machine. She was calm under pressure. When she could not get the machine to work, she improvised by getting the hand held machine the person could pay with their card, then she had to manually lift the gate. She is great asset to this company. I would gladly hire her if she would give me the chance!

Don't park there!!!!!!! Do not park here, this parking lot is a scam company!!!! I am a tourist visiting, and when we left, we paid with cash but did not receive any change!!! The machine only spit out a small ticket, ridiculously, without even a phone number on it, and there were no signs on-site warning about cash payment or insufficient change. There was also no staff available to assist! What's the use of giving a ticket if we can't get a refund? After searching online, it seems we managed to reach someone over the phone who instructed us to collect the money from a certain place the next day at 3PM or contact customer service by email. Since we were leaving that night, I chose to email customer service, but it's been 12 days now, and aside from an automated reply saying they'll addres

If I could give this a zero I would. I was unable to exit the lot because the hotel parking card had been deactivated even though we were still staying at the hotel for several more days and had paid for the pass for all those days. Eventually got someone to come over and help after pressing the assist button. He told me the card was not working. I asked if he could please just open the gate as I was involved in a wedding. He handled this very rudely and eventually ended up using a profanity at me.
