He did a very thorough inspection and provided us with clear photographs and information that was very helpful to us when making decisions about the property that we are in the process of purchasing. Above & Beyond was truly above & beyond. The inspector arrived promptly at the appointment time. He was professional and courteous, and after the inspection reviewed the inspection results with me. He explained the procedure; that I would be emailed a copy of the inspection report as well as forwarding the report to my homeowners insurance agent.
