From start to finish this company went above and beyond expectations! Salesperson was professional and trustworthy. He recommended a system that would work for me, not the most expensive system. Installation team were also professional and trustworthy. I have worked with several HVAC companies over the years but this one gave me peace of mind feeling like a person and not another deposit in their bank account!

This company has the best Service Department ever. Being by myself I wasn't sure how my first appointment would go. They are very knowledgeable, and between fixing the problem and teaching me what I need to know, never seen such patience. I would definitely would recommend this company to my neighbors.

Above and Beyond Heating and AC truly lives up to their name. They installed our HVAC unit back in March and did an outstanding job—everything was done professionally, on time, and with great attention to detail. What really impressed us, though, was the follow-up: they came out today, completely free of charge, just to make sure the entire system was still running smoothly. We had a small issue with the system drainage, and they addressed it immediately and efficiently. Their commitment to customer service and quality work is unmatched. Rob, Peyton, and Justin did a superb job installing a new Trane AC and heating system. They were on time, courteous, and professional. The removal of the old system and installation of the new system were completed without issue. They cleaned up the area both inside and outside after completing the work. Rob explained specific aspects regarding the new equipment and thermostat which I appreciated. The sales rep, Sean, was professional and helpful in providing options and ensuring the installation was scheduled to meet our availability. This is our first interaction with Above and Beyond since they and East Coast Plumbing have merged operations. A great start based on today’s work.

19 DAYS IN AUGUST NO AC! We thought we were going high end purchasing two Trane heat pumps from a well regarded installer. 18 months in one unit died. We spent big bucks on them and we had a service contract with Above and Beyond. We were absolutely shocked at the indifferent, unresponsive and unsympathetic response from the owner and office staff of this company. The owner GL was particularly detached from our struggles. After 16 days with virtually no communication I filed a complaint with nationwide Trane customer care. Within 3 days the part was delivered and installed. One of our short term renters struggled along with fans for a week. The last renter we refunded their money ($3500) to book with someone else.
