Above and beyond did just that. From Barbara who is kind and accommodating on the phone to Carl an expert in his field and Ruben were all easy to work with. They came to my home and remediated the mold in my hvac system, cleaned my vents and replaced necessary parts to insure the job was successful. I could feel the difference in the air almost immediately. The air testing results came in 48hrs later and was so helpful to understanding exactly what me and my family had been breathing in. We were having issues with mold growth in our bathrooms initially and called to get that checked out. Then, they inspected the whole place and found a great deal of mold in hvac unit. I'm glad that I hired them to clean and improve our living conditions. However, I did find them a bit overpriced.

Above and beyond does just that. They go the distance and get the job done right. We recently had a previous inspector come and they could not find mold but we were absolutely getting mold poisoned. Why I’m writing this review Because of the guidance I received from Barbara and Carl: I paid $2,987 for dehumidifier rentals I spent 10 days living with extremely loud equipment And the damage to my hardwood floors became significantly worse What advice I was given Carl’s moisture readings showed my flooring and drywall were still very wet, yet I was instructed to: Not remove any wet materials (flooring or drywall) Run two dehumidifiers for 10 full days before any removal could occur Why this advice was incorrect Every rest
