Jeff is a very professional inspector and was very detailed in his report. He listened to all of our concerns and explained in great detail the findings of his inspection. He also gave us advice on how we could repair any issue. He made it very personable to our situation. Every time I called him, he answered and made sure I felt comfortable with any and all questions/concerns and welcomed me to call back in future. Jeff may not be who you want when selling your home unless you want it perfect before showing, but I can promise he is the guy you want doing your home inspection when looking to purchase! I'd happily give Jeff/Above Par ten stars if I could. His pre-drywall inspection was extremely thorough and his detailed work caught some major items that would have turned into significant issues after we close on the house. This is why I'm glad that he'll also perform our final walk through inspection. During every interaction since I was first being referred to him by our realtor Jeff has been very responsive, very detailed in both his work and his responses and is always open to my questions and talking through them.
