ABOVE THE REST HOOD AND VENT CLEANING SERVICE

Cleaned a commercial kitchen hood. Agreed to price and changed it at the last minute. Left a mess in the kitchen and outside. Cleaned grease filters in the parking lot and left grease where customers walk. Hood is still dropping greasy water in cooking areas the next morning. Didn't even mop the area under hood. Soaked a gas pressure regulator with water and now it needs to be replaced. We are not able to fully open kitchen for lunch. Resulted in expensive weekend service call. Simply says it's not his fault or problem. Update: After being unhappy with a negative review, the business owner returned to verbally attack the restaurant owner. Be very careful if using this service.

guy gives quote, then cleans a different hood that is not even in the cooking area...and he talked the employee into paying for the service. not good, and now we have to pay someone else. guy will not go back and do the correct one.
