The flooring I bought from one of there dealers is crumbling and falling apart. My dealer says the install and subfloor are good. Yet the distributor says they won’t warranty it because they have sold over a 100k sq ft of this flooring. I beyond disappointed and plan to review them and my dealer on every board and have contacted BBB to try and resolve this. I’m tired of waiting cause I have 2 babies that can get cut or injured from the flooring falling apart. It’s a Disgrace that they won’t warranty or refund. Update- 6 months and have gotten no where but them wanting to spend more money. It’s a disgrace that I had to get legal and have someone take up the case Update- ended up coming short on the money to take it to court.
