He responded to my online request about Ring Doorbell and Nest Thermostat issues the same day. He made me feel assured that he could fix the problems. Jesse gave me a very good quote to come out and fix both issues. Another company was going to charge me big $$ just to come out and diagnose it and charge me more per hour than Jesse charged me for the whole project!
