Never in my life would I recommend ABS Moving to anyone. I moved with them last year and it was the worst moving experience I’ve ever had. The beginning was smooth – the setup, scheduling, and the movers themselves were great when picking up. After that? It went downhill quickly. I waited a whole month for my belongings and during that time, received no communication as to where anything was. I received no updates – Brooke, the sales person I worked with, had no idea and recommended I reach out to the info@abs email and text the dispatch team, neither of whom responded. For a whole month, I was in a new apartment with no furniture – they confirmed my belongings would be there between 1-14 business days from the first available date I provided. ABS Moving was a great partner from start to finish. I had an easily reachable point of contact (first Brooke and then Lisa) from the time I inquired for a quote to the time my things were unloaded at their final destination. Every question I had was thoughtfully answered. ABS requires detailed inventorying of items to be moved in order to provide an accurate quote. They are not able anymore to come out and walk the home for a 100% quote guarantee. But I gave a meticulous accounting of my items and was very close to correct in number of estimated boxes when the movers arrived and there was no attempt to charge me more for anything. The sales rep was pleasant to speak with and, for the most part was pretty accurate with the quote (about as accurate as you can be over the phone). She unfortunately didn't properly explain the delivery terms. When I asked when they would deliver my goods, she said they had 14 days from when they picked up. As a result, I selected my delivery date to be just 4 days after pickup. The crew who picked everything up were great and I really don't have any complaints there. Here is where is gets really bad. My delivery day came and went with absolutely no word or acknowledgement from them. I began calling and leaving messages but no one got back to me for almost another week. They never answered the phone and instead only communicate via text message or the occasional email. Long story short, t

Best Moving experience I've had!! I have relocated many times for work reasons and this was by far the best. Fair prices, quality Service, Excellent Crew, professional communications and very transparent on what to expect as a Customer. Happy to report that I didn't have any damages with the exception of a few plates that I didn't really pack carefully. My furniture and matresses were very well protected by the Movers. Haven't got enough good things to say about this Company. Thank you ABS Moving!

Everything was nice and accommodating when they were trying to get my business. When it came to the actual move, not only was the crew an hour+ late, something happened to the truck in route and ABS refused to give me any updates. By the time I could actually reach them (because they started IGNORING my phone calls), they gave me the run around and was extremely condescending the entire time questioning my knowledge of deliveries, trucks, maintenance needs etc. Not to mention the damage to some of my items. Now as I'm trying to get in touch with claims no one is anywhere to be found. The lack of communication, professionalism, and even consideration was jarring. I refuse to use or recommend them for anything else.
