She took the time to provide helpful information and made the whole experience easy and welcoming. When we visited the showroom, the treatment was just as great—warm and professional. They even offered us Cuban coffee, which was a lovely touch and made us feel right at home. Their response time is fast, and the quality of the tiles is truly spectacular.
