As the owner of a business myself, I appreciate outstanding service when I need it. We came to our home in Florida (after months of not being here) to an air conditioner that did not work. Immediately called Jim, who was there in about an hour. He determined the problem, got us up and running until the new unit came in. He was kind, professional, clean, reasonably priced and no pressure. Explained what was happening, showed us and now we have an amazing new Air Conditioning system. Thank you Jim!

Jim showed up on time. He was very friendly and took his time answering any questions I asked. He is very professional and knowledgeable. I have dealt with many other companies in the past and Absolute seems to be very honest and not trying to sell you things you do not need. I would highly recommend them for any service or repairs you may encounter in the future.

Came out and checked the A/C unit inside and then went outside and checked the A/C out there and found that the capacitor had gone, so he replaced it with a new one and was done within a half an hour. Great work Jim!! I'll call you if it goes again

Absolute Air is a wonderful company, and especially with Jim at the helm ! We went away for a week, and we came home to a hot house, our AC was out , it was Saturday evening, we never thought anyone would come to see us . We called Jim , and he said I’ll be there in 15 min., and he was , he got it running, but he needed a part , he came by on Sunday, to make sure we were OK , and Monday he came with the part , and fixed it ! That was great service! I will recommend this company to anyone!

Dustin and his helper do excellent work always. I use Absolute Air for all my A.C. needs, have for years. Great company, Jim will always work with you.
