Absolute Air

I purchased a brand new unit for my mother in 2015 and have had issues with the system since then. It least twice a year we have had to call to have the company come out to work on the unit. I believe we were sold a lemon or faulty AC from the get go. We are now purchasing another new system from a different company. The new company that came to evaluate noted that Absolute had done a terrible job of servicing, and believes they’re at fault that the compressor went out. Please note the photo below-negligence and unprofessional work.

Second time using absolute air and both times the man that goes out on the service calls just tries to sell units not repair them I wish I remembered his name. I called another company and they fixed my problem less than 10 mins

Wonderful and very nice staff! These gentlemen took amazing care of my grandmother! She's talked on the phone with me for an hour about them! 10/10 recommend 😁

They were very professional and informative. I will definitely use them again and refer to everyone.

Next day service, on time took 20 min to fix!
