Absolute Brilliance

We had absolute brilliance out to deep clean our house and Lisa did a phenomenal job. She came the day before our son’s birthday party and it was so nice to not have to worry about any cleaning. We spent the day at the zoo and came home to a sparkling clean house! Lisa is trustworthy and was so sweet to leave our son a special birthday wish! I highly recommend!

I was really looking forward to using this service for a move in deep clean for our kitchen and appliances. This was by far the worst deep clean and customer service I have ever experienced. I requested a deep clean for our cabinets, oven, washer and dryer- One of the employees was about to leave and luckily I had checked the cabinets before, and none of them were wiped down. She was nice enough to go back and wipe the fronts and backs of the doors, but did not get any of the shelves and missed a lot of obvious residue. There was SO much missed in this "deep" clean that I had to go back and spend time to fix. Save yourself the trouble and find a deep cleaning service that guarantees their work. The most thorough cleaning experience we’ve ever had! I loved the professionalism as well. Our multilevel home was no easy task, but the cleaning team tackled the areas brilliantly. Will definitely use again.
