Malcom provided prompt and professional service! We had one heavily stained carpet in a high traffic area and a rug that had a pet stain. All of the carpets look brand new!! No more pet stain!

We have used this company for years and like Malcolm very much as he does a good job but the last visit here his equipment broke down just as he had started to work and this company has no backup equipment, being a former business owner in manufacturing you must have a second machine in case one breaks. The owner didn't bother to contact us or offer an apology or to set another date of service.After a month my wife called chem dry and when the owner answered the phone he just said hello, no this is Absolute chem dry and to top it off he still didn't have his equipment repaired after a month, i hope Malcolm finds a decent place to work as this new owner doesn't have the management skills to operate a business. Go elsewhere!

Company had great communication. They gave a time window like most service companies, but I received a call when the technician was on his way. Malcolm was very professional and got my carpets clean! Everything you could ask for - timely, professional, reasonably priced, clean carpets! Will not hesitate to use them again.

I have secured these services twice now. First time was just a move out carpet cleaning and Absolute did a great job. The second time was when I moved and settled into my new home. The so called "carpet cleaning" service done prior to my move in was awful. Carpets still appeared to be dirty and looked like just raked through type of cleaning. So I called Absolute again and was they did an amazing carpet cleaning! Carpets came out so clean and refreshed. I could not believe the difference in carpet cleaning services until now. Highly recommend Absolute Chem Dry as your first choice!
