Matt was professional, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right. He took the time to explain things, completed the work efficiently, and left everything clean and in great shape. He did what he said and was not pushy, laid options out, if I wanted did not try to upsell. Was communicative and set up the appointment quickly. It is rare to find someone who takes such pride in their work and delivers top-notch customer service. Do not hire anyone else to clean your chimney - trust me from experience, there are a few VERY shady fireplace cleaning companies operating out here. Last year, I waited too long to schedule with Matt and had to go with another company. They had great reviews but these guys were absolute con men - we were told we had dangerous buildup and needed a deep cleaning, then they showed up late to do the work and said a regular cleaning would be fine. Didn’t even do that well. Told me I needed a new back panel and then showed up without the name brand replacement I had paid for. This year we had Matt back out and he confirmed what I already assumed - that we overpaid greatly for a terrible cleaning with the other guys last year.
