If I could rate this company a minus 10 I would. It took them seven weeks to finish installing an HVAC system in my home! The service is horrible, the work quality poor (it was leaking immediately after installation), and after waiting on these incompetent technicians for nearly two months of stop and start work as soon as the job was complete the owner repeatedly harangued me by phone for payment of the balance due. I will never use this company again.

Not a good company. They haven't shown up for a day and they left my hot attic open without even covering it. The hot air went into my upper floor making the entire floor about 90 degrees the same hot temperature outside. They came on the second day and I noticed nothing was even accomplished. If you want to have fun playing a waiting game this company is for you.

I am perfectly happy with my choice of Absolute Comfort. I got quotes/estimates from 4 companies to replace my heating and air conditioning which was 22 years old. Absolute Comfort was the least expensive by several thousand dollars!!! I was a little afraid I was compromising quality but that was not the case. Gary was wonderful to work with. He returned phone calls promptly and was very easy to work with. His crew were 2 really nice, fun guys. These guys were so sweet with my dog, too and even threw her the frisbee a few times. My heat is humming along perfectly and we are warm and toasty with a brand new humidifier too!
