Absolute Comfort Llc

So my home warranty assigned me this company last year. A light skinned man with dread locs came to “fix” my unit. I just found out from a different hvac company that the guy who “fixed” my AC last year put the wrong refrigerant in my unit, he even carved what kind of refrigerant he used for my unit and its the wrong refrigerant. Now my unit has to get replaced. He also left wires exposed. Lets give Absolute Comfort a round of applause 👏🏽.

When i was first in contact with this company it took almost two weeks just to come and look at the problem, it took an additional two weeks for them to feel out the report and send it to the warranty company. After approval from the warranty company it took me calling the warranty company many times to get in contact with Absolute Comfort seeing how they would never answer their phone or return calls to pick up the new unit that has been waiting to be picked up, that process took many more weeks. From start to finish it took more than two months for them to fix my ac unit. And on top of all that the lady I dealt with on the phone and the one that showed up at my house to collect payment, maybe the same person I dont know, was extremely rude and unprofessional.

They had the order for two weeks and never called at all to schedule someone to come out, NICE!!! I called them and finally got someone on the phone (The girl that answers the phone for them does not even let you talk which is just not a good start) all she kept saying is let me call the warranty company and she would not let me ask any questions. They have done work at my home twice in the last two years and honestly they barely know to put a thermostat in!!! So 10 minutes after I hang with THIS Unprofessional girl i get a text from First American Home Warranty saying i have a contractor assigned to my file. This girl did not call to find out what was going on she called to cancel this order because it took her two weeks and the only reason is that I called and reminded them.

They never answered the phone. They made my appointment without caring if I was ok with the time and date. Then they came and rang the doorbell, and since I didn't hear the bell, they left. They lie that they were looking for me on the phone and no one answered. I found another company to fix my air conditioning problem even though I have insurance. I'd rather pay but not have to deal with them anymore. Horrible service, I plan on not renewing my insurance with First American Home Warranty because they work with a provider like this.

Scammer company, who gets customers referred by First American warranty. Their repair man came by and told me I needed a new heat pump unit, and they would have to charge me $900, CASH only, non refundable fee to make an appointment for the repair. No credit cards accepted. I opted not to use their scammer services and called another repair company. Turns out, the first repair man opted not to tell me my thermostat was just wired incorrectly. There was nothing wrong with the heat pump unit.
