Review for Robert (bathroom installer) and Jason (plumber) Robert did an absolutely phenomenal job on our master bathroom remodel. His workmanship is top-tier — from the tile layout to the flooring and trim work, everything looks precise and professionally done. Robert was punctual, respectful of our home, and clearly takes great pride in his craftsmanship. Every detail was handled with precision and care. Our master bathroom looks incredible thanks to his skill and dedication. We couldn’t be happier with the results and highly recommend Robert! We are extremely impressed with Robert, the installer of our hall bathroom remodel. From start to finish, he was detail-oriented, clean, organized, and communicated clearly throughout the entire process. It’s rare to find someone who truly cares about the quality of their work the way he does.

My bathroom has been remodeled by absolute. I think the work done was great. Stefan did a wonderful job and was very kind. I also had great work from the plumbers and the electricians. Now, the only issue I had was that there seemed to be a major lack of communication and a lot of confusion on what and when things were getting done. Going into it I had very little communication about scheduling. I know things can be fluid during construction but I didn’t get updates either unless I asked and there were times I didn’t even get a reply. This happens to be my only bathroom, so my partner and I were staying in a hotel for the duration of the remodel, we also both work nights, so it was important for us to know what time they would be arriving and if we even needed to be on site. This review is ONLY for our installer CHRIS related to the MASTER bath remodel. I wanted to give a 5 to him but there is no way I can rate him separately from Absolute. This should not be read as a rating for Absolute Construction and their Project management. (They are pretty unreachable, their was no ownership from their management and they are not customer oriented at all). For Absolute, it should be 2 at the most. However I would like to call out our installer Chris who did a fantastic job with entire floor and wall tiling of our project. It was a large bathroom with floor to ceiling tiling with tub and walk in shower, in summary a complex project. Chris did everything on his own. Formal Complaint – Absolute Construction Inc. Rating: ⭐☆☆☆☆ Glen did an amazing job on my mother's bathroom. He took his time and asked questions every step of the way. Like he worked with my mother on where we wanted the grab bars and everything. Took his time, like it was for his own mother. I'm definitely having him back to do other construction in my mother's home.
