I am a Professional Interior Designer who called them to price an installation job for one of my Clients. Their Salesman Tucker, while I was not in the room was putting down the floors my Client and I had chosen and was trying to sell her floors from their Store. My Client later , went to their Showroom and knowing there was an Interior Designer involved, they did not call me to let me know my Client was there. That is completely unethical!! I will never bring a Client near this Company, regardless of how good or bad their products or services are!! My company is called Flawless Interior Design. So this is a legit review for other Designers to be aware!!
