We’ve used them several times in the past and it’s been positive. Looks like ownership changed in 2022. I’d probably disregard the reviews before then. Brief story: AC broke in the peak of August heat, they came to fix, replaced a fuse, “problem solved”, charged us $350, went on their way. We were out of town the next week, our basement tenant said it stopped working again. No problem, I’ll just call Absolute Air. “Hey, your fix didn’t work, can we try something else?” “Sure, pay the $350, we’ll schedule it and you can pay us again” I have 3 problems with that. Problem 1: Why was the initial fix so expensive? They bill $100/hr (normal), the part was $20, after the tech replaced the fuse, do we get to pay for his 2.5 hr nap in the back of the van? ***The response to my review “by the owner” is either ironic or straight up deception with how inaccurate their representation is. If they actually “cared” they would use their time to call me and work something out(which I have tried to do many times) instead of writing out a 40 line defense for their dismal service. I’m only here wasting my time writing because I have no other power here. Just call me and actually listen and I’ll take it down*** Unfortunately Absolute Air comes out, spends half the day at your house(because they charge per hour), leaves with a very surface level fix which will stop working in a day, doesn't give you big picture knowledge about your system, doesn't warranty their work, and won't work with you to remedy the situation after the fact(unless you pay the outr

I contacted Absolute Air on a referral. My AC went out one night and they were able to make it out to me the next morning. Their tech was on top of it, fast and efficient. My AC was back running by noon. I would highly recommend giving them a call!

These guys are awesome. Very professional and they do thier work with integrity. They kept my system running until I was able to replace it with a new one. I have no longer needed to search google for an HVAC company since I had them out on a call. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality work at a fair price.
