I can’t recommend Norman the man enough for pest control. From start to finish, everything was handled smoothly and professionally. He showed up on time, knew exactly what he was doing, and took the time to explain the issue and how to prevent it going forward — which I really appreciated. The treatment was thorough and effective, and you can tell Norman genuinely cares about doing the job right, not just getting in and out. I noticed a big difference almost immediately, and everything was done cleanly and safely. If you’re looking for someone reliable, knowledgeable, and easy to work with, Norman the man is absolutely the person to call.

This company and my tech specifically were awesome. We were on a tight time schedule to get service for a home loan and they fit us in next day. The tech was super thorough and the price was perfect. When the tech was getting ready to switch to a second chemical, we found out the water was out in the entire home. Our tech spent a ton of time trying to find the water shut off with me. When we eventually figured out that the owner had forgotten to pay the bill, the tech went all around the neighborhood trying to find water. He eventually found some over a block away. I think most people would have given up, but he stuck with me. I will definitely use these guys again. Thank you so much! P.S. I thiiiink my tech’s name was Matthew but I’m terrible with names. I’m sorry!!
