Absolutely thrilled with the service I received from Jared at Absolute Pool Supplies! I recently had my pool pump gaskets replaced, and the whole experience was fantastic. I brought the pool pump to their shop to replace the gaskets. I was supposed to pick it up that afternoon, but unfortunately, I got caught up and couldn’t make it before they closed on a Friday. To my surprise, Jared offered to come to my house and install the pump before my pool party on Saturday! This level of customer service is truly exceptional. This business is mainly about pool installation. They do have a small retail storefront, and the main guy there is incredibly knowledgeable, but it is clear the retail sales side is just a side gig—I tried to use them all summer last year, but they are rarely staffed, you have to go get someone from the sprinkler side of the business to come help, and they don’t answer their phones. Great help though when it’s available and they are staffed!
