Thank God for honest people! Absolute Precision Chimney Service rocks! Chris and Scotty came to sweep and clean our fireplace and wood stove and were very honest with recommendations. They tolerated my insane Golden retriever and did such a nice job, respecting my home and keeping things clean and neat too! They spoke with my husband and answered and explained everything thoroughly! We have found our chimney people finally!

I purchased a beautiful gas fireplace insert to heat my upstairs of my ranch home. This unit heats the entire upstairs with no problem. It also has really nice features and options. It has a few options for accent lighting ,flame height adjustment, fan speed adjustment and I can shut the fan off so I can have a fire without expelling heat, . The staff that came to install my insert was punctual, friendly and very knowledgeable with excellent cleanliness. From their knowledge and experience the staff explained how to operate the insert and remote in a way that it was very simple for me to understand. Absolute Precision Chimney just completed repointing the front stone wall of our house and cleaning our chimney and gas fireplace. They did an excellent job in a very timely manner. Mike, Chris, Karen and David were so pleasant to work with and accommodated all our requests. The wall looks beautiful; the fireplace flue and log set are clean and look lovely.
