Ken from Absolute Precision Plumbing Heating and Cooling responded to my call promptly & sent Brad over within a few hours to work on our no heat situation. Brad was professional, friendly, patient & knowledgeable. He diagnosed the issue quickly and got our heat working again. He also identified a part that will need replacing and ordered it. He’ll be returning to replace that part. We highly recommend Absolute Precision & they will be our first call moving forward!

Ken was super responsive when we lost our hot water. Bryan came out to do the work and was very easy to work with. He was knowledgeable and kept us updated through the process. We ultimately needed a new water heater which they were able to accommodate and installed the following day

I cannot recommend this company highly enough for both plumbing and HVAC needs! We had an issue with an old shower valve and wanted to avoid having to open up the wall to replace it. Ken was able to source the part from across the country and Bryan did an incredible job repairing the valve. He was professional, neat and extremely thorough. We've also had a previous experience with Brad S. on the HVAC side who resolved a tricky damper issue that no one else seemed to be able to fix. Excellent experience from start to finish. Brad S. installed a whole-house humidifier and serviced my furnace really quickly. He was professional, efficient, and left the work area very clean. He took the time to explain how everything was set up, how the system works, and what I need to do for future maintenance, which I really appreciated. Very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Bryan from absolute precision did an amazing job. He went out of his way to explain the problem and replaced an extensive amount of copper piping and cleaned up more pipes as well. He was kind funny and courteous. I’d highly recommend him.
