Our radon mitigation unit was going out, and we needed someone to fix it. Unfortunately needed to actually replace it. Everyone that I interacted with at Absolute Radon was honest, direct, and best of all, got back to me quickly. Caeden replaced our system. Was very thorough in his explanation of what he was going to do. Got it replaced, work looked even better than the original, and cleaned up after himself. Definitely recommend this company and wouldn't think twice about using again.

Remarkable company. The owner personally came to my house to review the situation and provided a super organized, clear and thorough quote for the work. It included a commitment to drill some small "test holes" that they would use with a pressure/vacuum sensing devices and a shop vac to help compare alternative locations for the sub-slab suction point placement. All of that for a price that was not much higher than two other similarly priced quotes. The tech, Shawn, allowed me to watch the pressure testing which made me KNOW that my money was well-spent on an effective location for the work. So effective, in fact, that I am able to turn OFF the fan put in by a previous installer 2 years prior and STILL get radon numbers under 2.0. Shawn did a wonderful job.
