When our Florida home flooded after a hurricane in September 2024, these guys were quick to get in and get their equipment up and running as soon as possible. We were without power for a few days, but the second it was on they were drying out our house. A lot of the demo was already done by the time they arrived onsite, but they helped with what was left to prevent any mold issues. They had giant dehumidifiers and fans blowing in every direction helping to pull as much water out as possible. A second hurricane came through less than 2 weeks later, forcing them to pull their equipment out and evacuate. Again, they were right back in the second it was safe and the power was on. They shared readings with us in the end, and moved out when they were confident it was dry. The guys were friendly

Restorative personnel responded to basement flooding within 10hrs with it being the weekend and we were on a cruise for 8 days. Set up and take down occurred over 7-8 days while we were away. Water damage was reduced, no mold, only had to replace carpet, trim and some other items but in the end saved us over $20,000 in damages.

Over Christmas holiday our sump pump failed and basement was getting water. It was late at night and I was calling companies trying to find someone to come out right away. Randy responded quickly and got his guys over. They changed the pump and started clean up at 1 am. I was so grateful. His guys were very pleasant and made a bad situation bareable.
