Absolute Service Heating and Air

The home warranty company sent out repair request to them. Air conditioner has been out since April 2nd. They will not return calls and gave us no information about the repair. No updates. Nothing. They shouldn't accept a home warranty repair if they don't want to do the work. Main thing is no communication at all,!!!sorry business, still no air conditioning.

My A/c went out and of course you can't go long without air in this heat. Tried a couple of businesses but none could come take a look for several days. So I called Absolute Service and was told that they would be able to help me out that same day. The technician showed up on time and found my problem in no time. Kyle was pleasant and friendly. He was very knowledgeable and explained the problem he had found. I was very impressed with his work! I was expecting the worse as far as what I was going to pay for the repairs but was very pleased with the amount. I will definitely use Absolute Services again. Thank y'all so much.

Hi. Absolute Services came to fix my A/c today. Kyle did an awesome job. He was personable, knowledgeable and in no time had my a/c fixed. He was very polite and friendly and knew what he was doing. A great asset to Absolute Services. Thank you Kyle.

Someone through the business was supposed to come and fix a/c. Never showed up or called to let us know why. Now my husband and I are burning up hopefully they haven't forgot about us.

They are great, reliable and trustworthy. . Will alway use them.
